Research Assistant at the Future Lab Laboratory, Tsinghua University
Designed and developed an interactive tabletop robot capable of moderating murder mystery games in domestic environments, integrating robotics, AI-driven narrative generation, and HRI design principles.
Designed and implemented a multi-modal smart home database platform to capture human-environment interactions over a 100-day observational study.
Built a factory assembly line worker emotion monitoring and predicting system.
Developed the Diana 7 robotic platform for additive manufacturing and adaptive physical therapy using reinforcement learning.
2022 - 2023
Research Assistant at New Jersey Institute of Technology
Borrowed ideas from geographic information systems and implemented relevant algorithms to enable the possibility of robot physical intelligence. Used TRACLUS algorithm to segment trajectories by their characteristic points through an optimization function to clustering neighboring line segments and filtering out the noises.

Volunteer Researcher at USC Interaction Lab
Advanced the basic research in trust and influence in Multi-Party Human-Robot Interaction (MP-HRI) contexts. Explore how robots and people establish, maintain, and repair trust in MP-HRI. Examine robot group mediation for group counseling, with extensions to team performance in robot service and support teams.
Developed a face tracking algorithm. Implemented a script for detecting faces in a video stream (live from a webcam). Created an algorithm for controlling eye movement to look at the human faces.
Used Google MediaPipe to capture face and body landmarks in video streams and photos.
